In this position you will be responsable for :
- Assisting and reporting derectly to the Managing Directors of the company ;
- Helping in creating and suporting the other departments ;
- Interacting with all other departments in order to provide customer satisfaction ;
- Keeping contact with the client and with internal and external suppliers ;
- Miscellaneous administrative issues.
- Fluency in english, italian language is an advantage ;
- IT skils : MS OFFICE, Outlook, webdesign ;
- Valid driving license ;
- Responsable and loyal person ;
- Good teamplayer ;
- Organized and reliable ;
- Able to adapt to a flexible schedule ;
- Previous experience in back office and customer service .
