- redacteaaza documentele in word si excel in limba romana/engleza;
- inregistreaza documentele intrate/iesite din cadrul companiei;
- preia apelurile telefonice
- primeste si directioneaza vizitatorii;
- tine evidenta riguroasa a tuturor cheltuielilor lunare incluzand si cheltuielile implicate cu consumul intern
lunar, necesar de papetarie, birotica, posta, servicii de curierat, servicii bancare;
- primeste si distribuie corespondenta: posta, fax, e-mail;
- organizeaza agenda managerului
- experienta in domeniu de cel putin 2 ani
- dorinta de a face totul perfect
- cunostinte foarte bune de limba engleza
- cunostinte solide (!!) de operare PC : pachet MS Office (!!), Internet, Windows
- abilitati excelente de organizare (!!), analizare (!!), comunicare
