RESPONSABILITATI

- To spot bottlenecks, to monitor deadlines, to agree on priorities, to take proactive action, to realize effective time usage;
- To support and coordinate the daily activities of the International Director;
- To prepare the daily agenda of the International Director (travels, conferences, meetings, etc.);
- To book appointments, meetings and travel arrangements (ticketing, accommodation);
- To type, translate, copy letters and other materials requested by the International Director;
- To develop and maintain administrative support system and procedures for the office;
- To organize and plan events, parties and projects.


CERINTE

- Min. 5 years experience in a similar position (Assistant for the Executive Staff in a multinational company);
- Experience in planning and organizing activities;
- To be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and capable of managing complex workloads;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet tools;
- Fluency in French - a must and in English
- Good communicator and proactive, flexible and dynamic;
- Organized person, strong initiative;
- The ability to work under pressure;
- Strong work ethic and be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
