RESPONSABILITATI

- Prioritizing the General Manager’s agenda, scheduling business meetings;
- Performing secretarial tasks (screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; dealing with incoming email, faxes and post; dealing with correspondence and writing letters; taking minutes; business translations);
- Assisting the General Manager in fulfilling all his responsibilities inside the company;
- Providing support in keeping a good relationship with various customers and partners both from Romania and abroad;
- Acting as the manager's first point of contact with people from inside and outside the organization
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings into subjects the manager is dealing with;
- Elaborating various reports, presentations whenever necessary;
- Permanently updating business contracts;
- Arranging travel and accommodation for General Manager’s delegations.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Experience in a similar position- minimum 2 years;
- Excellent PC skills: knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet etc.
- Understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles is preferred
- Excellent planning, organizing and priorities setting skills
- Achiever, Self-Starter, Proactive
- Problem Solving abilities
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills, cultural awareness
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Business / corporate language
- English and Romanian literate; French is a plus
