This role is based in Romania as a support role to Recruiters based in several countries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post, maintain and update jobs on internal and all external websites;
- Maintain files for candidates: files creation, maintenance and follow up. Scan of CVs for screening and archiving purposes
- Occasional CVs screening;
- Schedule candidates for interviews or assessment days;
- Contacting candidates for updates on the recruitment process;
- Updating recruiting software
- Maintain company recruitment websites, post available positions and update regularly;
- Reference check;
- Post and update documents on the intranet;
- Keep constant interaction and communication with recruiters in other EMEA countries for ad hoc needs;
- Make travel and visas arrangements when necessary;
- General administration functions as requested by the EMEA Graduates recruitment team;
-Absolute fluency in English is a must, fluency in a second European language an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Advanced Excel skills essential;
- Fully proficient in Word, PowerPoint and email;
- Able to maintain absolute discretion regarding confidential and or sensitive information;
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast paced work environment;
- Aptitude for new technology including Dreamweaver an advantage;
- Ability to be proactive and maintain a common sense approach;
- Self motivation and ability to work unsupervised;
- Experience in a similar role would be a plus;
- Experience of working in a recruitment environment or in an international environment an advantage;
- Ability to multi-task and to deal with stress;
- Sense of humour
