RESPONSABILITATI

-Take care of the Incoming / Outgoing phone calls and faxes;
-Take care of the Incoming / Outgoing mail;
-Typing/drafting general memos and confirmation/declination letters;
-Ensure the necessary circuit of documents from and to the COO/CFO, in connection with the other departments of the bank;
-Take minutes of various meetings, if and when needed;
-Take care of diverse travel arrangements
-Filing all the documents related to the COO/CFO;
-Keep the evidence of the Lunch vouchers stock and provides them upon request to staff members;
-Draw and maintain the Access cards database;
-Keep the evidence of the Access cards and handles the requests for new access cards and adding/deleting access in conjunction with IRM.


CERINTE

-Education: University degree;
-Experience: min 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
-Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, PP, Access
-Language proficiency: strong communication skills (both oral and written communication) both in Romanian and English;
-Basic knowledge of internal ING products, services, relations etc.
