- Handles plannings and agendas of all Division Directors and managers (at request).
- Makes translation English-Romanian and viceversa.
- Manages the division stationary.
- Takes meeting minutes.
- Support the Division Director in monitoring and coordinating Division managers (ensures that KPIs, Action Plans and Management reports are delivered complete and in time).
- Meeting rooms booking.
- Manages various processes within entire division (purchase forms and follow up, archiving contracts with suppliers, assessment of the suppliers).
- Have relevant experience in providing secretarial and administrative support to several departments or individuals.
- Have excellent written communication skills, able to take minutes, draft routine letters, edit material as needed.
- Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excell, Power Point);
- Fluency in English.
- Be a team worker, proactive, with lots of initiative and flexibility.
- Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
- Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
