RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients, a multinational company producer of sanitary products and ceramic tiles, with more than 17.000 employees in 45 factories over 4 continents, we are looking for an Assistant to General Manager with the following skills and experience

- Assisting the General Manager in meetings with company employees and providing interpretations and translations into/from Spanish when necessary;

- Translating and typing different internal documents, reports, tables, and memos;

- Providing support in elaboration of various reports to be sent to company headquarters in Spain;

- Screening calls and mails, receiving visitors, scheduling appointments;

- Making the necessary arrangements for traveling;

- Organizing and participating to fairs and exhibitions together with the Marketing Department.


CERINTE

- At least 2 years experience in secretarial/administrative field;
- Good spoken and written communication skills;
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel);
- Advanced command of Spanish and English language;
- Ability to prioritize different tasks and comply with deadlines;
- Team player attitude, pro-activity and customer-orientation.
