RESPONSABILITATI

- edits, translates and sends out the correspondence specific to both compartments
- collects, distributes and files the correspondence
- picks up telephone messages
- handles the attendance (holidays, medical leaves, unpaid holidays etc) and the lunch servings for both compartments
- makes lunch reservations and the respective lunch tickets for the training participants or for the meetings organized by the customer care compartment
- provides the necessary office stationery for the two compartments
- assists the activity of the team
- translates and edits the documents specific to the activities in both compartments or in the company
- editing and printing the training certificates
- makes translations of non-technical documents on PC
- translates the Recalls (KDMs)
- sends out the recall owner notification letters and keeps tabs of these letters
- takes responsibility for the accuracy of the elaborated documents


CERINTE

- university studies (represent an advantage)
- must have a very good German and English language knowledge (written and spoken)
- PC: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
