RESPONSABILITATI

- Shall be responsible for supporting the CFO in his duties;
- Must organize CFO¿s working agenda: schedules meetings and arranges appointments; makes travel reservations as requested;
- Take care of his written correspondence and keep regular and confidential office documents in good order;
- Manage his phone calls: takes messages and replies to questions in accordance with general instructions;
- Works with the Finance, Legal and Technical Department to provide the correct information to CFO;
- Assists in problem solving, project planning, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives;
- Supervises the courier services and taxi vouchers on weekly basis;
- Handles the orders of office stationary products.


CERINTE

- Graduated University;
- English proficiency is a must;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Relevant experience within a prominent/multinational company is a plus;
- Excellent technical skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and experience in composing and editing correspondence is a must;
- Impeccable attention to detail and great flexibility;
- Ability to deal with several tasks on the same time, comfortable with working under pressure and against tight deadlines.
