RESPONSABILITATI

-Oversee and administer the day-to-day activities of the office; develop procedures which ensure effective and efficient office operations
- Provide secretarial support to the Administration Director, relieving the director of clerical, technical and administrative duties.
- Make travel arrangements and prepare reimbursement requests.
- Organize, prepare meetings, and keep minutes of the Administration department.
- Ensure the department’s information and communication flow.
- Serve as an intermediate link between the Administration director and the direct reports, other departments, individuals, external institutions
- Handle phone calls and inquiries, schedule appointments and maintain the Administration Director’s calendar
- Screen, analyze and prepare responses to incoming and outbound correspondence
- Perform research and analysis on specific issues, as required, and prepare reports which may be highly sensitive and confidential in nature
- Assist in the coordination, supervision and completion of special projects, as appropriate


CERINTE

-University degree in Economics
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy (MS Office)
- Promptitude of reactions, efficiency

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizing and coordinating skills
- Ability to manage and impart confidential information
