RESPONSABILITATI

- Provide secretarial and organisational support
- Administrate all the messages received by telephone, fax, e-mail and post
- Fill in and update the working agenda of the Administration Director and of the Administration Department
- Organise different projects, at the request of the direct superior
- Organise the meetings and other related events within the department
- Ensure proper communication between the Administration Department of METRO Cash & Carry Romania and other Administration Departments of METRO countries, also with internal and external partners etc.


CERINTE

- University degree (economic preferable)
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy (MS Office)
- Communication and presentation skills
- Promptitude of reactions, efficiency
- Adapting to unforeseen situations
- Sociable, open, objective
