- Business Operation Support Management: assists in and keeps record of internal documents (in and out shipments, e-mailing campaigns, etc.), develops and maintains Company’s customers data base, runs inventory/warehouse management software and performs basic accountancy activities of the kind: ’registru de casa, facturare, NIR-uri, cash, decont-uri”
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Manages interface between Management, Sales and Logistics Department
- Commercial / Economic / Marketing Studies
- Very good command of English
- PC literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- 1 – 2 years of experience in „contabiliate primara” and/or secretarial work
- Knowledge of sales operation and distribution
- Good organizational, planning, analytical and follow-up prioritizing skills
- Communicative, reliable, honest
- Showing high self-motivation and strong tracking record for achieving results
- Punctuality driven and available to work extra time
- Possessing a nice physical appearance
