On behalf of our client, a real estate developer, we are searching for a professional to fill in the position of Assistant Project Manager.
The role of this position is to organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the project development team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative support to the project development team
- Organization of the back office
- Be the point of contact for potential buyers and lessees
- Budget administration
- Follow up of correspondence
- Coordination of the information stream and frequent reporting
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in project development
- Meticulous and organized but also flexible, problem-solver and communicative
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Excellent computer knowledge (MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Driving license
- An interesting job in an international, dynamic, ambitious, young company
