- Coordinate or assist the Managing Director to coordinate the outsourced parties as well as inside teams
- Undertake customers orders and forward to responsible persons
- Maintain company databases
- Secretarial works
- Previous experience in a similar position (2 years minimum)
- Business management skills (scheduling, minutes taking, archiving and supervise reporting)
- Able to accurately complete and meet paperwork deadlines
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and presence
- Proficiency in English
