-planning and organizing secretariat activities
-maintaining relationships with company clients and employees
-analyzing and prioritizing necessary information for an optimal management
-prepare draft correspondence for Department Director’s signature
-prioritize, channel and facilitate communication from department group leader, team leaders and technical responsible through Department Director’s office.


CERINTE

Education
University degree

IT skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (World, Excel, PowerPoint)

Foreign languages:
- English - Advanced
- French – is a plus
- Other Requirements
-Working experience in a similar position is a plus
-Good knowledge of standard office secretarial and administrative practices and procedures, including use of standard office equipment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
-Ability to work under pressure
-Flexible working programme
-Clean Driving license
-Ability to make independent and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive and confidential issues.
