RESPONSABILITATI

- The Assistant Manager performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities; may serve as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative and/or operational matters;
-Sorts, screens, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail; drafts or prepares responses to routine inquiries; prepares photocopies and facsimiles, and operates a variety of office equipment;
- Establishes, maintains, processes, and updates files, records, certificates, and/or other documents.
- Arranges meetings and conferences, schedules interviews and appointments, and performs other duties related to maintaining one or more individual schedules; makes travel and lodging arrangements, either directly or through travel agencies;
- Communicate orally and in writing complex issues, conclusions, and decisions;
- Manage and allocate operating budget for minor projects and general unit operations;
- Establish project schedules and budget estimates for meeting these schedules;
-Report weekly status to direct manager.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Minimum 1 year experience;
-Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels;
- Experience in working with senior management team in providing related recommendations, solutions and reports;
- A proactive and flexible person;
- Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
- Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
-Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepare reports;
- Organizing and coordinating skills;
- Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments;
-Excellent computer skills;
- Fluency in English.
