The following tasks are part of the regular work:
• Leading a team of Engineers for preparing design and tender documents for Infrastructure Projects for Railway and Roads.
• Leading a team of Engineers performing site supervision works for Railway and Infrastructure projects
• Perform design for Infrastructure project and give technical advice and order for the development of the technical design.
• Perform the quality control and the economical control of projects
• Participation in the preparation of offers (technical and economical)
• Prepare budget and budget control for project on monthly and quarterly base (balance of costs and income / invoicing). This also includes the forecast of expenditures and income for the project duration.
• Prepare invoices for the project works in collaboration with the internal and external accountant.
• Participate with the management in establishing and keeping contacts and relations to clients or potential clients
• Participate with the management for the preparation of business plans and other related document.
• Building up the department for Infrastructure project. The position as head of department is foreseen.
Required foreign languages (fluently in speaking and writing): English
Experience: Minimum 8 years in a similar position
