RESPONSABILITATI

assisting the GM in his daily activities;
making travel arrangements for all staff;
keeping the GM's agenda;
secretarial activities including incoming mails, telephone, business correspondence, documents drafting in Romanian and English


CERINTE

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational company, should be a good coordinator, dynamic and organized person with a very strong sense of humor
university degree
very good computer skills (MS office)
fluent in English (written also)
ability to take fast and efficient
decisions
open minded and flexible, team spirit, ability to work with people
