- Receiving phone calls, taking messages for the department
- Receiving, sorting and delivery of mail and faxes
- Forwarding the relevant documents to the appropriate addressees
- Keeping, archiving and updating general interest documents
- Translation of documents
- Other administrative tasks


CERINTE

- Minimum one year experience in a similar position
- Advanced knowledge of English language (speaking and writing);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to manage multiple tasks;
- Well-organized person.
