RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients, a company specialized in the import and distribution of the construction materials, we are looking for an Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls in a professional manner;
- Compose professional documents (e.g. proposals, letters, etc), as well as general clerical duties such as faxing and photocopying;
- Translate non-technical correspondence;
- Maintain the company¿s records and files;
- Coordinate and arrange business meetings and make travel arrangements;
- Responsible for office supplies and materials necessary for the company¿s operation;
- Coordinate a team of 2-3 secretaries.


CERINTE

- Minimum of two years experience in a similar position;
- University graduate;
- Very good command of English;
- Very good computer knowledge;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Coordination skills;
- Responsible, organized, efficient and flexible person.
