RESPONSABILITATI

For our client, a multinational leading company which is committed to excellence in the FMCG market, we are searching for a Manager Assistant who will
- Assist the AFH Manager at management and business meetings and follows up on the implementation of the decisions;
- Followsthe agenda of the AFH Manager and manage his personal documents;
- Type commercial documents/correspondence for official purposes;
- Handle the general interest documents for the company;
- Provide various reports (sales, marketing) when required;
- Provide administrative support and perform other secretarial tasks.


CERINTE

- University degree (in Economics is an advantage);
- Minimum 3 years experience in managerial assistance, preferably in FMCG field;
- Advanced knowledge of English language (speaking and writing);
- Specific FMCG terminology;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Previous experience in sales reporting;
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks;
- Excellent communication and team working skills.
