RESPONSABILITATI

Organize, transmit and files the correspondence from different entities (partners, clients, employees) and edit the correspondence for them;
- Keeps the department agenda, settle appointments at the request of the direct manager, edit the necessary documentation;
- Prepare the department members travels, including the schedule, buying the airplane tickets and accomodation;
- Edit the correspondence (letters, faxes and other ways of written communication) with the Romanian authorities, clients and any other local or international institutions, in English and Romanian, according to the TMF Standards of correspondence;
- Keeps the evidence of the ongoing projects and supervise the deadlines.
- Solve unexpected administrative problems in time;
- Communicate to the direct manager the problems which are over her/his decisional level;
- Select the necessary information and edit reports on the subject requested by the direct manager, regarding the department activity;
- Translate daily documentation when it is necessary;
- Propose ways of improving the administrative activity and implement the changes approved by the direct manager.


CERINTE

- Student/graduate preferably Faculty of Foreign Languages;
- Fluent in English and/or French;
- Good typing and presentation skills
- Solid knowledge of Word;
- Sociable and communicative person;
- Organized and committed person.
