RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities: secretarial, personal assistant, office manager.
In addition to the above-listed standard responsibilities, the position calls for management of the company?s head office, liaise with shareholders / investors, projects follow-up, preparation and compliance with the administrative budget, protocol activities, support for all members of the staff, and others, as required.


CERINTE

- university graduate
- relevant experience in the secretarial field, as personal assistant or in other similar positions,
- work in multinational companies or environment for minimum 2 years,
- proficient in written and spoken business English and speaks fluently a second foreign language - preferably French, Spanish, German, or any other worldwide spread idiom,
- in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint,
- used to work as member of a team, but can also be a self-starter,
- Familiar with providing assistance on contracts and other legal aspects and is able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and capable of managing complex workloads.
- open-minded, keen to learn and to further develop his/ her skills,
- optimistic, easygoing, effective and acting quickly,
- self-confident and determined, oriented to attain the set goals,
- reliable, experienced in working in demanding, fast-paced environments,
