RESPONSABILITATI

Performs various clerical and secretarial duties. Ought to be familiar with office procedures
(organisation, policy and operation). A Secretary may handle a wide variety of situations and
conflicts involving the administrative or managerial functions of the office, which often
cannot be brought to the immediate attention of the manager.

Description and Role Elements:
¿ Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the
supervisor and staff.
¿ Prepares programs of meetings concerning organisational aspects.
¿ Schedules appointments. Gives information to callers. Assures that managers are not
burdened with clerical work or minor administrative and business details.
¿ Files and directs incoming mail. Composes and types routine correspondence.

Manages and organises administration work in the office.
¿ Answers the telephone and gives information to callers or directs calls to the appropriate
official.
¿ Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and directs or conducts visitors to the
appropriate person.
¿ Arranges travel schedules and reservations.
¿ Records minutes of staff meetings.
¿ May handle basic HR issues.


CERINTE

Education:
Academic. Preference to economical or HR area.

Experience
¿ Previous experience minimum 2 years.

Personal Qualities:

¿ Advanced level of English
¿ Enthusiastic, pro- active attitude
¿ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
