The assistant will be an integral part of the newAD team and will report to the General Manager of the company. The job’s duties include:
Secretarial activities: phone, faxes, emails
Booking and scheduling
Preparation of working documents and meetings
Ensuring the communication between management and staff
Protocol activities
Active communication with clients and suppliers
Participating actively to other activities specific to the marketing department, as needed, such as: research, documentation
At least 1 year experience as an assistant manager is a plus
Excellent project management skills
Strong problem solving skills
Great Customer Service, communication, and organizational skills
Computer Literate
Have great English skills (second language is a major plus)
Can collaborate remotely with the main team
