RESPONSABILITATI

The assistant will be an integral part of the newAD team and will report to the General Manager of the company. The job’s duties include:
 Secretarial activities: phone, faxes, emails
 Booking and scheduling
 Preparation of working documents and meetings
 Ensuring the communication between management and staff
 Protocol activities
 Active communication with clients and suppliers
 Participating actively to other activities specific to the marketing department, as needed, such as: research, documentation


CERINTE

 At least 1 year experience as an assistant manager is a plus
 Excellent project management skills
 Strong problem solving skills
 Great Customer Service, communication, and organizational skills
 Computer Literate
 Have great English skills (second language is a major plus)
 Can collaborate remotely with the main team
