Our client is a start-up business in Romania, acting asa multidisciplinary engineering enterprise. Composed of six daughter companies and a total of 400 employees, it provides a wide range of engineering services under one roof.
It partners with its customers in order to design, develop, construct and manage large-scale industrial projects tailored to individual client requirements.
In this role, you will:
- Support colleagues when preparing presentations or materials for clients
- Transmit documents to various partners of the firm through internal and external couriers
- Register all incoming correspondence by fax and all correspondence going out of the company
- Make arrangements for Company meetings, seminars
- Get, analyze and compare offers for different services needed by office – postage, maintenance
- Supervise the relation with office suppliers
- Assure the stationery necessary for Bucharest office

- Have a mature personality - self-confident and aware of personal strenghts and limitations
- Strong customer service atitude, people person
- Inquiring mind, eager to learn, to develop herself and others
- Organised, in her own activity and Country Manager's one
- Assertive, able to handle unexpected situations
As this is a start-up business in Romania, you might have the chance to be the first member of the team in Romania and grow with the business.
Moreover, the position is seen not as a secretary, but has a more important role as part of a project team.
