RESPONSABILITATI

Receives, sorts and process incoming and outgoing mail;
Answers the telephone and gives informations to callers, direct calls to the appropriate persons;
Attends and takes minutes of meetings;
Prepares agendas or programs for meetings;
Drafts letters and reports on behalf of the manager;
Purchases office supplies;
Maintains good relations with collegues and customers at all times.


CERINTE

Able to work methodically and accurately;
Good oral and written communication skills;
Good command of English;
Strong analytical skills and the ability to pay attention to details;
Proficiency in using PC (Excel, Powerpoint, Word);
Responsibility taker, flexibility, able to take decisions;
University degree.
