- Planning and administrating activities according to Manager instructions
- Administrating the agenda
- Events organization: management visits, team meetings, and yearly events
- To coordinate the classification of all documents (e-mails, faxes, reports)
- Update databases - sales reports, project status and cost, other required reports
- University degree
- Fluency in English is a must (French language is a plus)
- Previous experience as assistant manager (is a plus)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer)
- Smart, easy to learn new things
- Self confident and organized
- Problem solving oriented personality
- Strong communication skills, ability to listen
