RESPONSABILITATI

- Organizes the periodical board meetings and the afferent materials
- Ensures the logistic support for meetings
- Ensures the organizational details regarding business travels inside/ outside the country
- Translates the documents: Romanian/ English or English/ Romanian
- Answers the calls/ e-mails and redirects them as requested/ needed
- Miscellaneous administrative duties including filing, faxing, copying


CERINTE

- University Degree
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Exercises good judgment, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with other employees, managers and customers
- Must have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive material with discretion
- English - Advanced
- Excellent Communication Skills, Diplomacy.
- Enthusiastic, Flexible, Pro-active attitude
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
