RESPONSABILITATI

 Managing and maintain executives' schedules.
 Preparing invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
 Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and reporting to determine their significance and planning their distribution.
 Sorting and distributing incoming correspondence, including faxes and email;
 Retrieving corporate documents, records, and reports.
 Updating tables concerning the custom-house tariff, or with any other data requested;
 Receiving orders from the distributors and introducing them in the
system;
 Following up payments; maintaining relationship with the bank;
 Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
 Preparing agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
 Making travel arrangements for executives.


CERINTE

 Bachelor degree – preferably in Economics;
 Good knowledge of (primary) accountancy;
 Fluency in English or French, both written and spoken;
 Excellent organizational skills; ability to set and handle multiple priorities, make sound decisions and maintain professionalism while working under pressure;
 Proficiency in working with major office systems including Outlook, Microsoft Work, Power Point and Excel;
 Accounting software (ERP), Ciel knowledge would be a plus;
 IT knowledge would represent an asset;
 Experience of working for an international company would be a distinct advantage.
