RESPONSABILITATI

A. Administrative activities:
a. Setup routine travel and accommodation arrangements (flight and hotel reservations aso);
b. Picks up and delivers materials as required;
c. Organize the purchase of office furniture and supplies;
d. Organize external meetings and greet visitors (e.g. candidates, external suppliers aso)
e. Other administrative tasks on request.

B. Office activities:
a. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences;
b. Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes;
c. Produce documents, translations, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
d. Realize the background research and presenting findings into subjects the manager is dealing with;
e. Other office related tasks on request.


CERINTE

- very organized, detail and quality oriented;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- teamwork and cooperation skills;
- advanced MS Office knowledge;
- fluent in English, French would be a plus;
- previous experience in a multinational environment is a plus;
