RESPONSABILITATI

On behalf of our client, well-known multinational company and leader in its field of activity, we are looking for a suitable candidate to fulfill the Personal Assistant to General Manager position.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Assisting the General Manager in day to day activities, in all aspects of the business;
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence of the General Manager;
- Handling the agenda of the General Manager, making travel arrangements and filling documents;
- Collecting all needed information and elaborating reports as indicated by the General Manager;
- Preparing presentations and sustaining them in different occasions;
- Maintaining external contacts with various foreign partners, suppliers or with the Head Quarter;
- Acting as backup for the Receptionist, whenever necessary.


CERINTE

Requirements:

- University degree
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken);
- Computer literacy;
- Above-the-average communication and organizing skills;
- Able to handle confidential matters;
- Business oriented;
- Proactive and dynamic personality.
