Receiving phone calls, taking messages and replaying
Receiving, sorting and delivery of mail and faxes
Forwarding the relevant documents to the appropriate addressees
Keeping, archiving and updating general interest documents
Administrative tasks related to office management


CERINTE

Good knowledge of English language (speaking and writing);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
Able to manage multiple tasks;
Well-organized person.
Good communication abilities
Previous experience will be considered as a plus.
