RESPONSABILITATI

Planning and administrating the written, telephone and personal contacts with the customers;
Performing telemarketing activities as per Director of Sales/ Director of Business Development instructions;
Updating internal customers database;
Processing customer correspondence;
Drawing up sales reports based on the information provided by the Sales Representatives;
Ensuring permanent observation of the market and competitors; monitoring the sales results;
Administrating the agenda for the Director of Business Development / Director of Sales;
Taking over the incoming and outgoing calls;
Ordering stationery items, brochures, and fliers.


CERINTE

University graduated / terminal year student;
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken (any other foreign language is a plus);
Experience as assistant manager/secretary is a strong advantage;
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet);
Strong planning and organizing skills;
Adaptable, enthusiast, excellent communication skills;
Professional appearance, attitude and approach;
Able to work under pressure and with short deadlines.
