RESPONSABILITATI

- Providing an effective reception service;
- Meeting and greeting all visitors;
- Administrative tasks;
- Making travel arrangements, hotel reservations, organizing meetings;
- Follow-up payments, keeping contact with local authorities;
- Managing the office and administrative suppliers;
- Handling all the incoming telephone calls, incoming and outgoing fax messages, emails;
- Receiving the office mail, sorting and distributing it .


CERINTE

- Very good working knowledge of Excel and Word;
- Very good command of English;
- Basic accounting knowledge;
- Experience on a similar position - it is a plus;
- University degree – it is a plus;
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
- An active, dynamic person;
- Structured, organized, ability to prioritize tasks, accurate;
- A person who really likes this job.
