Our client is one of the Big 4, providing top-quality services: Audit and assurance; Crisis management; Human Resources; Performance improvement; Tax; Transactions.
On behalf of our client we are proposing you a provocative job: Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

-Keeps the manager agenda;
-Coordinates and arranges business meetings and make travel arrangements;
-Assists and offers support for the Manager of the Company;
-Writes and sends messages (by fax or e-mail) of the Manager to Romanian or foreign partners;
-Keeps in touch with partners for feedback in case of information activities;
-Takes phone calls and gives information forward as required;
-Translations;
-Uses office equipment such as : computer, scanner, printer, fax, copy machine;


CERINTE

Requirements:

-University graduate;
-Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position;
-Excellent command of English;
-Computer knowledge;
-Driving license;
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
-Responsible, organized, efficient and flexible person;
-Capable of working independently;
-Sense of humor.
