RESPONSABILITATI

- Provide quality administrative services in order to support the Director's activity (agenda, meetings, conference calls, calendar)
- Office management responsibilities as files management, inventory, office devices, consumables, manage communication through mail, telephone, e-mail, faxes, pick up services, accommodation & travel arrangements
- Communication & Relationships development (suppliers, external services, clients)
- Prepare specific monthly reports, analysis, presentations;
- Provide translation from and to English for business/commercial correspondence


CERINTE

The successful candidate must possess:

- At least 2 years experience working in similar capacity for a national/international company
- Student or university graduate (financial studies, a big plus)
- Accuracy in provided info (reports, feedbacks) and follow-ups
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)- - Good command of English language (additional languages, a big plus)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Good relationship skills, team worker, proactive, open minded and willing to learn
