RESPONSABILITATI

Main responsibilities:
•Participates in partner’s meetings and prepares the minutes of meeting
•Oferrs support in corespondence
•In charge with organizing partner’s agenda and travel arrangements
•Prepares the necessary documentation for meetings / presentations
•Ensures an efficient communication between partners and third parties
•Occasionally, participates in translating specific documents
•Participates in organizing different events of the company
•Supervises the secretarial and reception activity


CERINTE

Requirements:
•University degree
•Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (Business Assistant/ Assistant Manager) with a multinational company
•Organized, with excellent planning skills
•Good ability to synthesize information and solve problems
•Initiative, proactive attitude, dynamic, good communication skills
•Fluency in English
•PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
