RESPONSABILITATI

Reports to: Company’s President
Secretarial responsibilities:
- Answer calls as per standard Company procedure.
- Constantly keeps written notice (register) of incoming and outgoing written documents (letters faxes, etc.). Is responsible for delivery of documents directly to the consignee (internal/external), unless specifically instructed otherwise, being directly responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of such documents in general and in particular for documents specifically emphasized as confidential and/or personal.
- Edit and type documents/correspondence (WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications) and assist in delivery to consignee (mail, fax, telex, e-mail).
- Maintain and up-date company’s address database.
- Establish meetings and phone calls for the Management.
Office administration:
- Assist in planning & sourcing of the stationery stock in a cost-effective way (report constantly on needs & costs).
- Manage service providers (fax, telex, copying machines, printers – in co-operation with the IT department, etc.)
- Create & implement a system to efficiently organize/plan the schedule of logistic personnel (drivers, customs clearance) and resources (cars)
- Assist in creating & implementing a system to follow-up costs & efficient routing of in-country travel of personnel (cars, expense reports, and reporting system).
PR & Protocol activities:
- Organize and/or assist in the protocol or PR events;
- Assist in planning and sourcing of the personalized printed stationery (i.e.: letterheads, calendars, agendas etc.)


CERINTE

- University graduate;
- Minimum 3 – 4 years experience;
- Fluency in English;
- Experience in working with PC’s and keeping Data Bases;
- Good organizing skills in under pressure conditions;
- Flexibility and tenacity in reaching business targets;
- Excellent communication abilities;
- Sociable person;
- Open minded energetic, dynamic and resourceful person;
- Highly organized person, able to establish and work by priorities;
- Capacity to assimilate and process information quickly and to adapt, to change in any special situation;
- Professional appearance and language;
- Safety minded.
