-Provides full administrative support to the General Manager and other employees in the office, including telephone calls, preparation of correspondence, scheduling, research, etc.
-Answers and routes phone calls, takes messages and provides information;
-Organizing protocol activities and business trips;
-Elaborating official letters & translating documentation.
-Performs other administrative duties, as assigned.
-Documents classification , contracts;
-Offers support to sales&technical teams.
-University degree or student;
-2 years of experience on a similar position
-A positive and proactive attitude;
-Excellent communication skills;
-Computer literacy: Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
-Photocopier, fax machine;
-Internet;
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
-Well organized personality and able to prioritize tasks;
-The ideal candidate has to be well motivated and willing to evolve professionally;
