RESPONSABILITATI

Main Responsibilities:
• Providing a very professional welcome to visitors;
• Offer support to company’s managers;
• Handling correspondence of all types (e-mail, fax, etc.);
• Daily routine administration;
• Perform written translations;
• Assisting in preparing presentation.


CERINTE

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Pro active person;
• Pleasant appearance;
• General PC knowledge: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Responsibility and adaptability;
• Rigorous person;
• Good organizational skills essential;
• Fluency in English language is a must and French or German would be an advantage.
