RESPONSABILITATI

• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures;
• Organize meetings and travel plans;
• Responsible for the archive;
• Makes sure that the office works from an operational point of view;
• Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems;
• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports;
• Managing office budgets;
• Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff;
• Compiles important data in Excel and generates appropriate reports.


CERINTE

• Educated to bachelor degree;
• Fluent in oral and written English;
• Minimum 4 years experience on a similar post;
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical thinking;
• Organized, multitasking and social person.
