RESPONSABILITATI

Responsabilitati:
• Interface between business partners and suppliers;
• Build and maintain good relationships with business partners, suppliers and other staff;
• Carry out specific projects and research, starting from documentation to handing over the project to be launched;
• Tracking project status, projects fulfillment;
• Forecasting on projects;
• Follow the calendar of activities in Microsoft Project;
• Produce documentation, briefing papers and reports;
• Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests and handling them appropriately;
• Organize and maintain diaries, make appointments, arrange travel accommodations;
• Other administrative tasks (office supplies orders, liaising with various suppliers etc.)


CERINTE

• Advanced level of English, both spoken and written;
• Knowledge in working with project management software (preferably Microsoft Project);
• Experience on a similar position for at least 3 years;
• Great communication skills;
• Well organized and flexible person.
