RESPONSABILITATI

• Providing administrative support for the management and the team;
• Handling of purchases for stationary, office materials, drinks, snacks, other consumables;
• Handling of correspondence (internal and external);
• Preparation of spreadsheets and graphs for presentations;
• Collect data and prepare reports for clients;
• Supporting conference calls – logistics, meeting minutes;
• Organization and coordination of travel requirements for management and team, if necessary;
• Organization and coordination of meetings;
• File management and archiving; update the Internet/Intranet webpage.


CERINTE

• At least 4-5 year experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role
• Excellent English skills
• MS Office is a must (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Secretarial Skills;
• Capability to work under pressure;
• Results oriented;
• Attentive to details, trustful, determined;
• Sociability, solid communication skills.
