Optimizing IT solutions in order to increase efficiency and adaptability to new demands of the business;
Managing Servers Configuration, data storage devices and operating systems;
Specifying technical requirements for the acquisition of new equipment and services (including the telephone and IT products), validating offers received from suppliers and negotiating contracts;
Installing the IT equipment and being responsible of the entire company 's IT inventory;
Administrating HW, OS (installation, maintenance, security);
Solving incidents and maintaining backup solutions; being responsible for data recovery in case of emergency;
Developing strategies for IT infrastructure.
University degree, preferably in IT;
Good knowledge of: Hardware architecture, Windows System Administration (Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS, Proxy); data storage equipments management and backup solutions, virtual systems management (Hyper-V), IT market (prices, suppliers);
Good organizational skills;
Good negotiation and communication skills;
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines execution;
English (written and spoken) - advanced level;
Ability to work in a team;
Previous experience in working with IT users it�s a plus.
