RESPONSABILITATI

- Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the General Manager
- Prepares programs of meetings concerning organization aspects; draws the minutes of the meetings
- Schedules appointments for the General Manager
- Files and directs incoming mail; composes and types routine correspondence;
- Answers the telephone and gives information to callers or directs calls to the appropriate official;
- Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business and directs or conducts visitors to the appropriate person;


CERINTE

- At least 2-3 years experience in a similar position in a multinational company;
- Very good knowledge of English: speak/read/write (turkish - advantage)
- Advanced PC skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Access would be an asset
- Good organizational skills, initiative, assertiveness, honesty, loyalty, discreetness, good communication skills, hard working, open minded, disciplined person;
- Driving license: type B
