- Assists the Front Desk Manager in running the front office department daily activities;
- Ensures the high level of customer satisfaction;
- Actively promotes selling and up-selling initiatives;
Involved in departmental operating expenses/ plan/ forecast;
- Develops the team members through coaching and training.


CERINTE

- Minimum 5 years Front Desk experience, including Night Audit and Shift Leader;
- Strong customer service orientation and skills, leadership skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
