RESPONSABILITATI

Department Overview

Main connection between guest and hotel & all hotel departments. To handle check ins /check outs, guest requests, concierge services and promotions of in-house activities

Quality

Replaces the Front Office Manager in his absence
Ensure high level of communication between Front Desk, guests and all other areas of hotel
Supervise day to day Front Desk operations and ensure standards are adhered to and maintained
Ensure a consistently high standard of presentation
Monitor results from guests satifaction and internal quality audits and implement procedures to enhance results
Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local area
Maintain accuracy of guest profiles and adhere to company credit policies to ensure all expected revenues are secured
Review, maintain and implement systems and procedures

Customer

Focus team on hospitality & customer service
Responsibility for guest requests, complaints and satisfaction
Actively solicit guest feedback & participate in guest driven events
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and standards
Maintain regular contact with frequent guests and participate in guest driven events

Profit

Assists in preparing departmental budget
Actively promote selling and up-selling initiatives and ensure team is aware of sales initiatives
Ensure all non-guaranteed reservations are released at the appointed time
Ensure team is aware of loyalty programme and able to promote this to the guests

People

Manage the department on a daily basis according to budget, business needs and legal requirements
Ensure team development, time schedule management and vacation planning within the department
Is involved in regular departmental meetings, shift handovers and trainings
Ensure support for the training of new employees
Conduct Trainings to ensure job skills are on a high level in the team

CERINTE

Minimum 3 years hotel Front Desk experience, including Night Audit and Shift Leader
Strong in developing relationships with team members, accounts, representatives and other key business partners
Customer focussed and sales driven
Very good communication skills in English
Computer literate
Leadership skills
Must be EU citizen
