The assistant manager is the leader that should represent the Control and Reporting Department by acting as a role model to the people reporting to him/her.
- Offers administrative and operational support for the Report and Control Department;
- Centralize and issue documents, sales and activity reports;
- Tracking payments;
- Checking and registering clients and network accounts;
- Screening telephone calls, taking messages from internal and external clients and follow up actions as appropriate;
- Participate in meetings and draft reports;
- Organize and coordinates orders and deliveries to its stores;
- Responsible with the inventory;
- Review and complete the requirement of goods issued by stores;
- Review and complete network sales, prices and change operations;
- Propose movements of goods between shops according to each store performance.
- Able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and capable of managing complex workloads;
- Knowledge of management system;
- Economical background;
- Open-minded, keen to learn and to further develop his/her skills;
- Optimistic, easygoing, effective and acting quickly;
- Self-confident and determined, oriented to attain the goals set;
- Loyal, impeccable ethics and integrity and long term vision / approach to work;
- In depth knowledge and hands-on experience of MS Office applications (especially Excel);
- Advanced in English.
